About the role
Ngāti Toa and Te Āti Awa seeks an innovative leader to manage our reintegration service for tane returning home from prison. As the manager, you will be accountable for leading a team of kamahi that will support tane to positively contribute to the lives of their whanau and wider community.
This position works closely and effectively with iwi, Te Ara Poutama, and other local service providers. Forming a strong network of community relationships in the Naenae area are essential. This includes reviewing and improving the quality of our programs being delivered within our Mauri Ora Framework. You will lead all operational functions of the services to ensure that the operations of Te Whare Whakaruruhau o Raumānuka uplift our people.
