The Resource Management Advisor Principal Planner position within Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira serves a critical purpose in ensuring the sustainable management and protection of the natural resources and cultural heritage of Ngāti Toa Rangatira.
The key responsibility of this role is:
To provide expert planning, environmental and land development advice.
Managing all stages of planning projects within the team and ensuring seamless progress and timely completion.
Fostering and managing relationships with iwi and key stakeholders.

After hearing about us your high-level experience and professional expertise in resource management and planning is a given. You will be able to quickly learn and advocate for the preservation and protection of our traditional relationships with the environment, including the protection of wāhi tapu and other taonga. This is an exciting role, where forging partnerships is key to our mahi.
