Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role

As our Collective Business Analyst, you will utilise data and insights to enhance outcomes for our communities. You will focus on analysing data to identify service delivery gaps and help improve our reporting processes. You’ll work closely with kaimahi and stakeholders to strengthen our already strong team capacity, promote enhance and embed seamless communication, and ensure all relevant kaimahi have can easily access to bicultural supervision to, supporting their growth and in alignment with the cultural needs of whānau.

You’ll bring strong experience in business analysis, data interpretation, and service improvement, with a commitment to kaimahi safety and service excellence. You’re skilled in problem-solving, communication, and fostering a supportive team environment, along with your understanding of Whānau Ora and proficiency in IT and data systems will enable you to drive meaningful change. Most importantly, you are motivated by community impact and bringing a kaupapa Māori approach to your work, supporting Ngāti Toa’s aspirations for whānau wellbeing.
