You will join a team, who are passionate about working alongside iwi and the community, you will enjoy the ability to work and apply your expertise across a variety of services from health, social and educational services.

Our team strives to ensure that our whānau are safe, and we adopt a kaimahi, (employee) centered approach for all Health and Safety matters.

Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role
Working alongside rangatahi, whānau and Oranga Tamariki to develop positive outcomes and goals that will support rangatahi in their future lives.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A sound knowledge of the community and whanau dynamics to ensure appropriate supports and engagement are in place

  • Excellent written and communication skills, a level of competency in computer and basic knowledge of IT applications

  • Good networking and engaging skills as you connect with professionals and other community services to provide wrap around services to rangatahi and whānau

  • The ability to provide support whilst attending Youth Justice huis,

  • You will need to be able to complete assessments and court reports as required from time to time.
