You will join the Ōhanga (Economic Development & Investment) team, specifically supporting the Investment Portfolio with a substantial portfolio of assets and resources under stewardship. Our team is dedicated to driving sustainable economic growth for Ngāti Toa, pursuing commercial opportunities that align with our strategic objectives. We work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure our investments contribute to the prosperity and wellbeing of our Iwi.

Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role

The Senior Investment Analyst is responsible for:

  • Reviewing the performance of assets against the Statement of Investment Policy Objectives (SIPO)

  • Generating and exploring investment opportunities that align with our investment objectives

  • Completing thorough due diligence and assessment activities

  • Managing end-to-end acquisition and divestment processes

  • Drafting business and investment cases

  • Supporting the Capital Committee and driving resource optimisation opportunities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

  • Working in a Māori business environment (preferred)
